Factory reset problem

I decided to factory reset my pc that i installed Windows 10 on... after the rest neither the mouse nor the keyboard were working for me to setup my pc... It keeps on saying keyboard error (the keyboard Number Lock led is on and can be turned of prior to arriving at the windows logo and tge loading circle, after that, it just freezes) the mouse nor the keyboard are working now for me to set up the pc... NOTHING is wrong with the keyboard or mouse, they work perfectly on their own, when i connect it with the pc... They both freeze...
