Hi,

it seems that I have 2 problems with available disk space.

Firstly, the occupied C: disk space doesn't match the size of the files on it. The total amount of space on it is 100 GB. When I check Properties, the size of all files is 69.2 GB (WinDirStat says 77.1 GB of space is used). The amount of used space shown by File Explorer is 91.17. Is 20 GB of unaccounted space normal?

Secondly, my C: disk space seems to fill up randomly. For example, a week ago I had 17 GB of free space, and today I have only 8 GB. I didn't install any new programs or anything (I use D: disk for everything). This has happened occasionally for the past two years. I use Disk Cleaner and C Cleaner to free space, but it just fills up again after a day or two. I have scanned my computer with Avast, Stinger, Malware Bytes and nothing. I'm starting to panic because the C: disk bar has recently turned red (it does that when there's less than 10 GB of free space) and the little things like disk cleanup just don't cut it any more.

If you have any idea what this is or have had a similar experience, please help.
