Hi,

I noticed that my junk folders have few emails which sent from my own email address in different languages which I didnt know/speak.

I believe that my email has been hacked/compromised and I have changed the password.

But now after few weeks it happened again.

I tried to change the password but I didn't get the verification code, same like the first instance.

So, I went through the long process of confirming my own email through certain verification of email sent, etc.

I read an article before which explained that if I don't get the verification code to change my password, it means the hacker still have access to my email although I have reset password? (kinda like a thief who has access from the back door?)

Anyone know why and how can I stop this hacker from doing that/accessing my email?

I found that my hotmail has more issues/being compromised compares to gmail.

Anyone experience the same? I use my email mainly for work purpose, not for signing up some "dodgy/weird website".

Please help me to solve this issues.

Any feedback or kind advice will be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks.

JB
