windows 10 Windows 10 - libraries cannot be created error

Hello!

 

 

Recently, I have had some problems on my new PC. When getting it, and continuing to use it I found one issue, how everything was being saved. Because of this, I tried switching where some things go, for example, my desktop. I switched it to go to my D: drive, which ended up very badly.
