Hi,

 

 

I'm trying to update my laptop from Windows 8 to Windows 8.1.

 

Here are the steps I've done, but I still got error code:

 

 

(1). I went to settings, I did check and install all the new updates until the message says that there's no more updates for my laptop.

 

(2). Then I went o "Store" to update to win 8.1, it was running the process, then halfway, I got the following message:

 

When I clicked view the details, it showed Error code 0x8007001f.

 

I could not find any answer from Microsoft community, could anyone help me? really appreciate!
