I need to change the attributes of a folder to unset the Read-Only flag on it and all files and sub-folders. My user account has Administrator privileges, but my change does not take. I right-click on the folder's properties, and the Read-Only box has a blue square in it (which I believe means that SOME of the files and folders below it are Read-Only). I click this blue square off, and I get a dialog box with the choice of just files in this folder or all sub-folders. I choose all sub-folders and click OK. There's no indication of an error at this point. But when I look at the folder attributes again, there's that blue square. This is true for all folders below that level as well.

I need this pretty quickly, if anyone can help, I'd appreciate it.
