Continuous loop when installing Windows and wimfsf.sys BSOD

Hello, I had Windows 10 pro on my ASUS X551M I catched an adware/malware I didn't found way to erase it and I did erased C partition with recovery reset in the settings with the option to reinstall Windows, it went smooth all the way till my brother turned it off when Windows was installing at 64% and now it keeps restarting in a loop.

 

I downloaded Windows 10 from Microsoft page on my usb now when I try to boot the new Windows it says on BSOD page fault in nonpaged area wmsfsf.sys problem...

 

Please I need help desperately...
