windows 10 Why does windows 10 suck so much? How come their technical support has a bunch of morons...

Hooked up 5.1 surround speakers to my pc...REAR SPEAKERS DON'T work..I go on microsoft live chat...It took this dude 30 mins to ask me a bunch of stupid questions like "are the speakers plugged in?" "When did this start to happen?" He then transfers me to some guy named "Phil"....phil took 30 mins saying "everything will be ok, we will solve this together..first i need to do this.."...i gave him remote access to my pc and he checks my drivers and uses windows help and windows diagnostic ...which obviously failed....He then disconnects the remote session and i couldn't get a hold of him..Then i used the URL from the chat and an indian guy comes on and says "I understand ur having sound issues"...im like "where the hell is phil? he was just using remote access on my pc " he says "phill is busy with other clients, please give me a chance to help".....I'm one pissed off windows customer right now..I;m going to do everything in my power to share my terrible experience with microsoft. Please don't release an operating system if it has driver issues and a million other issues....Oh yea, one time i called microsoft to see how smart they were..i asked this dude "hey man, how do i install an ISO?" ..he didn't know the answer....heck..i think im going to drop out of college and take a baseball bat and hit my head with it until i become dumb, apparently, microsoft only hire idiots...hope i get in..let me find my baseball bat..but first..i have to uninstall windows 10 and go with linux or apple.. Oh yea, i also have 100 different websites to share my experience with microsoft. Have fun with windows 10 guys.
