I have a problem for a few days and my cpu has always been 50%+ whenever i try to open an application and when i close it another application comes up and starts using 50% cpu and it always stays like this, Could anyone please help me out with this stressful problem? because my pc is always like this and its unusable.https://extremetechsupport.com/data/MetaMirrorCache/dc38be940e94f33cfb7d08d28852e545._.png
