My update started yesterday but I had to end it, now I'm trying to restart it and don't...

I started the update while I was connected to wifi, had to disconnect and restart the next day. The update was at 70% when I had to halt download. Now how do I rebegin the download or, although only as option 2, delete the current download progress to start from scratch?
