uninstalled client for microsoft networks by mistake and now not able to reinstall it again

i uninstalled client for microsoft networks ... and now i tried to reinstall it on my laptop but when i click install then choose client ... nothing appears and i don't have a disk for it neither ... i searched alot for this client on internet but it seems that no one knows what iam talking about
