Stuck in keyboard select!

I turn off my computer for the night as usaul becuase it was a bit loud but this time in the morning instead of turning it on to wait a sec then type-in password to get in! What do i see? It load the gateway logo then does a quick typing thing (Ive tried getting passed it. It keeps happening.) Then windows logo with startup repair underneath it. After that poof into "Choose your keyboard layout" and I cant use the mouse or keyboard! I need some help.
