Windows 10 enterprise stuck forever

I have a Windows 10 enterprise version pc.

 

I was usimg Windows 8.1 before upgrading tp 10.

 

Since I used Windows 10 it stucks on a screen forever and freezes.

 

The ctrl+alt+del. Not working and the mouse freeze
