Hi, I recently purchased a new laptop running windows 10, which I need to return. I am the only user and wish to delete my account completely and can not do so, the option to delete is not there. I do not want to leave my details on the lap top when I return it to the store, even if it is protected by password.

 

 

 

Can anyone please assist me with this? (I have tried searching the web for instructions first) Many thanks
