Hello Microsoft,

I bought laptop with Windows 7 Home basic genuine OS as preinstalled.

I have taken OS backup and system repair disc immediately.

My laptop has been running like Nissan GT and don't even a small lag.

Suddenly, mouse and WLAN connections are dropping. I was not able to operate on board mouse pad and wireless connection further.

Since i have backup discs, i reinstalled OS once again.

After that i don't see problems and it is working as new one.

The same problem has occured again. The same mouse pad and wireless connection are not responding.

I connected external mouse..... NO ISSUE now.

I connected to RJ45 ethernet cable ..... NO ISSUE now.

I moved one step further. I have made my laptop dual boot. one with MS Win7 and Linux RHEL6.

In RHEL 6 Mouse is not at all working(It don't have Mouse Pad Driver. this okay ]

WLAN connection is working perfectly..... No connection drops.

I came to conclusion that the problem with my windows OS.

I kept my laptop idle and almost not opened for period of one year.

Now,

1. I cannot reinstall OS using my Back Up cds, CD drive is not working surprisingly. It seems Hardware Problem.

My laptop is not detecting CD in the drive. I tried so many times.

2. I barely want to install my genuine OS back.

I have 3 backup CDS which i had taken at my first time usage of laptop when i bought.

System Repair Disc.

I would like to know,

1. Any way to take support from microsoft to get genuine OS from Microsoft Support using my product key.

Or

Any possible solution or Any help.

Thank you Team.
