pc runs slow

My pc runs on Win 7 Ultimate 64 bit, 8GB RAM DDR3, Intel core i3 3.3 Ghz. It took about 4 min to fully access the desktop interface.

After log in, i have to wait for some more time(desktop freezes) to start any programs....start menu didnt pop instantly on pressing the button.

 

Having some standard hardware installed i am truly surprised as to what is slowing the system down.

 

No viruses, no hardware/software errors or startup items are fair in my system.

I use KAV 2017 uptodate and regular defragmentation was carried out.

 

I would be very grateful to help me root out every issues from my pc.
