Hi Team,

Can anyone help me? I've bought sufrace pro 3, It was working fine, Since some days I've been facing battery issue. I recharge battery full but once it comes to 65% my surface pro shuts down immediately without giving any notification. When I start then it says battery low. I'm not getting if the battery was 65% remaining how come immediately says battery low. It's pathetic now days.. I've tested there was no battery warning and surface is shutting down. I've reset the OS but now it's giving this horrible experience. Very sad

I've attached the battery report

Platform Power Management Capabilities:Supported Sleep States

Sleep states allow the computer to enter low-power modes after a period of inactivity. The S3 sleep state is the default sleep state for Windows platforms. The S3 sleep state consumes only enough power to preserve memory contents and allow the computer to resume working quickly. Very few platforms support the S1 or S2 Sleep states.
