windows defender detecting virus from IDM zip file downloaded from appnee site ?

I am downloading an IDM file from the below site, and windows defender shows it as virus. I have contacted the site admin and he says, they have scanned the file for 6 times and they maintain their site very well and no virus while uploading the files in their site. I am surprised why is my windows defender report's it as virus and does not allow me to download the idm file from this below site. Please help. I have an original windows 10 and an IBM thinkpad.

2nd point is, whenever I am trying to access the site. It gives the below message in my system, whereas I am able to login to this site from other systems.

 

This site can’t be reached
