Keyboard Click Sound Issue

After I "refreshed" my Toshiba Satellite 850 Windows 8 laptop, the keyboard there is no keyboard "click" sound. ( was ON before) Under SETTINGS, REGULAR, the menu does not include keyboard sound. How can I turn the keyboard sound ON again ?

 

I would appreciate some help
