windows 7 inicialization

During the windows 7 boot, the screen appears as all icones filled and after a while it get blank and them they start appear again slowly.

 

 

That seems to be slowing the inicialization.

 

 

I´ve just allow the Spyboot & search and Avast boot with the Windows.

 

 

I´ve try to deactivated all other programs to inicialize with windows simultaniasly through the "msconfig", including disabling Spyboot & Search and Avast virus scan boot, but the problem has continued.

 

 

I also use Ccleaner to clean up registry and temp files, but it´s no use to solve this problem

 

 

Can you help me?
