Hello,

 

Recently I did a fresh reinstall of windows 10 on my laptop, and I have ran into a few problems am hoping someone can help with.

 

 

Specs:

 

Laptop Model: HP ENVY 15 Notebook PC

 

Processor: AMD A10-5750M APU with Radeon HD Graphics 2.50Ghz

 

RAM: 8GB

 

System: Win10 64bit Home

 

System board: 198A KBC Version 03.14

 

Graphics: AMD Radeon HD 8650G + HD 8750M Dual

 

 

In the picture below you can see the errors am having. I have used all the correct drivers and I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling them and I get the same out come. At the moment the mouse is totally inactive no lights, nothing.
