Hey

I need to make a Win recovery DVD, I got the product key, but Microsoft says:

"Error The product key you entered appears to be for software pre-installed by the device manufacturer. Please contact the device manufacturer for software recovery options."

Then I searched for how to find who the manufacturer is, but seemingly that's only possible if you get to the desktop and I can't get there without recovery files

My computer was super slow from one day to the other so I tried to check everything, but it was too slow so I shut down and started the recovery mode, I started the command prompt from there and made chkdsk /f then I turned off the screen and did my thing, I thought I get a list at the end and it stays there, but I think it was on the desktop when I came back (I didn't know about the log at that time so I didn't know what happened)

Later in the log it says that it constantly had a ''Hardisk0/DR0'' Error, like every minute, svhost constantly took 25% of the CPU, so I did a sfc /scannow, can't remember what came out, but I understood that probably the hardisk will die soon, so I made photos of some of the following diskchecks

It was too slow to make a virus scan, but I somehow fixed it so I installed malwarebytes

I should mention before everything happened I installed Shotcut and Audacity from clean sites, but I also put two dlls into Audacitys directory, but I got them from a tutorial which seemed legit, because Audacity is a popular software and if something was wrong with this tut, that people would talk about it, they were used by Audacity to load mpeg-4 and mp3 I think one was called ffmpeg.dll and the other ones name was something with ''Lame'', so that's why I uninstalled all this stuff after scanning for viruses7malware

Oh and before of all that I had problems with my graphic tablet driver from wacom, I put it in an usb on which it wasn't installed and plugged it out right after plugin it in... don't know if that was the reason for the problems today I also once plugged it out while booting..

So I also uninstalled these drivers just to make sure the system is running smoothly again

Oh when the slow down begann the first thing I noticed was that Firefox always froze, couldn't use it, explorer was fine, sometime Firefox said

Script: chrome://global/content/bindings/text.xml:36

options:

-let it run

-script debugging

or

-stop script

So Malwarebytes found a few things PUP.something, the screenshot of that are on my pc... but worms, everything removed, restarted, scanned again - nuthin'

so the chkdsk said

File record segment

31705

31707

31709

31711

31760

31762

31763

31768

31770

are damaged

attribute entry (128, "") from the file record segment 156527, 180184 are damaged

So I made a chkdsk /f or /r I can't remember

so the file record segments from above were deleted, the attribute entries too

Phase 2

it's too much to write down.. mmh but the mentioned data is

in Index $I30 from data 3669

Microsoft.ink.dll

mshwgst.dll

tipresx.dll

Same index

tipresx.dll.mui data 3670

Same index, data 3684

base_heb.xml

base_jpn.xml

ja_jp.xml

ko-kr.xml

index entry

{A335C5E7-394D-4891-961E-4ED0D18D446A}.jpg

{A335C~1.JPG}

in index $I30 in data 4258 deleted

Index entry

Microsoft.ink.dll

in index $I30 data 4756 deleted

Index entry

75054C3771DF289038069A9BB1C1FB6E.mof

75054C~1.MOF

in index $I30 data 8416 deleted

and so on the files loop, but the date or file (sry I don't know if it's data or file because my win isn't in english) index stays the same

in phase 3 it says

attribute ''DATA'' gets pasted into file/data 156527 and 180184

chkdsk noticed free space in the MFT-Bitmap, Master File table and also on the volumebitmap

at the end it says

8kb in faulty sectors

The errors every minute stopped and the computer kinda worked again, I tried to solve the constant 25% from svhost, so I thought that came because there was a problem with the windows update, so I installed every of those 90 updates and there were security updates too, it took a long time, it always showed 0kb dowloaded 0% but when I canceled and restarted some of them still installed, most of them were faulty and didn't install but later they worked, I installed Essentials uninstalled malwarebytes and spybot s&d before that and run a full scan, it took like 9 hours and it found Dynamer!ac but in the recyclebin folder, so it was removed before? I got this pc from someone else, so I don't know

I knew, when I reboot the next time, it could be that it still is broken and the fixes kinda were temporary, so I got an error

File: \Boot\BCD

Status: 0xc000000e

Info: An error occurred while attempting to read the boot configuration data

I looked into it, while getting the pc out from under the desk I noticed the power cable wasn't completly connected could that destroy something inside?

Inside where a few cables not connect, but they didn't seem to need connected, they can't really reach anywhere so I thought they weren't plugged in..

I can't open anything on boot, not the recovery menu not safe mode, I didn't try any option because some of them don't seem to be able to help

at least my question is, how do I obtain the recovery data?

What's meant by ''device manufacturer'' the brand of the pc? Terra or maybe the hardisk manufacturer and how are they able to provide recovery data?

Thanks :) I know I probably effed up, don't feel bad for pointing that out
