Done so far:

 

Disable Firewall

 

"Troubleshoot Windows Update"

 

"Reset PC"

 

"Fresh Start"

 

Disconnect all drives, leaving single SSD.

 

CHKDSK C: /r /f (No errors found)

 

Delete Partition

 

Re-Install Windows 10 from newly created USB

 

 

Same error from Windows Update.

 

 

From WindowsUpdate Log, it looks like there is some difficulty connecting to the update server:
