I was miracasting just fine from my laptop to my Roku device for 6 months until the Windows 10 update last week. Now when I connect, the bar that tells me it is connecting only goes about 1/4 of the way and then is "stuck." Eventually it goes back to the Roku home screen and the computer says that it cannot connect.
