Windows Defender on Creator Updates

Hi, I notice lots of improvement on latest creator updates. Especially, windows defender.

 

I'm using third party antivirus, and if I'm not mistaken on anniversary, soon after we install third party antivirus, WD will automatically deactivated.

 

Before proceed to creator update i uninstall all security-related software on my pc. After reinstalling my 3rd party antivirus, windows defender seems not deactivated anymore. Is this default behavior on 1703 or did I missed something. Is it really good to keep 2 antivirus running simultaneously? Does it mean burdened the system more?
