   I have a problem with my laptop. I had a Microsoft account provided by my university during my undergraduate studies, specifically for educational purposes. This account was registered as the administrator account on my PC. When I completed my undergraduate studies, that account was deactivated, but soon after, I enrolled in a master’s program and received a completely new account, which I continued to use to log into Windows on my computer.    I always experience flickering screen and glitch problems since I updated my Windows from Windows 10 to Windows 11. My laptop screen often experiences glitches and flickering every time I edit videos in the Davinci Resolve, Capcut, and edit data applications in Excel with an i3 gen processor laptop. 10 and my Intel UHD G1 IGPU.    The latest update causes ,my computer to start, log in fine, then I have a black screen with cursor only. If I crash the computer 3 times I can get to the troubleshooting and uninstall it.
