I have a quite oldish Android tablet running Android 4.2.2. I use a bt.com email address for my main email account and have a gmail address as a backup which I rarely use on the tablet. I also have an Android phone which has the gmail address as the main one and the bt one as a back up, I only have used the gmail on the phone occasionally. Over the last week I have been getting a notification saying there is a sign in error with my gmail address. When I click on it it says it cannot connect to the Google servers. The notification keeps coming back. I can sign in to Google ok on Google.com and it says there are no issues to rectify. Now I am getting the same notifications …

First of all I must thank KENB, for helping me the last time I asked for help. I don't know if this is for you KENB? But here goes. Yesterday morning I was using both my external DVD burner and player. Burner is a LITEON and player is a compact disc re-writable dvd rom. Come yesterday afternoon, when I wanted to use them again, my computer just would not recognize both! There is always a symbol C or D but nothing. I tried the "A NEW DEVICE" from 1 to 0, but still no good. Does anyone know what happened and can it be fixed please?

On my w- 10 desktop I have a ear phone & microphone with 2 plugins. Now I bought a set that only has 1 plugin. What do I need to make this set work. It says I don't have it pluged in. Would I need bluetooth in my computer and how to tell if I do have it.

Urgent help needed: a few days ago at 10 PM when my laptop was in sleep mode it started a random clicking noise at random times. One click…3 clicks…space two clicks...1 click,etc. So I shut it down. Since then it has continued to do that after I boot up from an off mode after 15-24 minutes. It seems like it is a “warming up” issue. It is a HP laptop a ”used” gift from my son when my last tower computer failed. HP model number: 15-ay0 12dx…whatever that means. I have not had any trouble since I got this laptop last January. I am very happy with three setups I have at my own, my mother's and my sister's houses using TP-link av500 systems. On each installation (in all three properties) the runs from the input unit to the final unit wifi or other units can be quite large and the long runs do not seem to affect the signal much and from almost every unit I get close to 30Mbps. As these are all AV500 units which I bought second hand on Ebay for very moderate prices, my next question is could I expect very much better speeds with higher spec units? Hi I hope someone can tell me what I am doing wrong here :) My pc was hacked, supposedly someone from Amazon has took control of my pc, I have been trying to use command prompt to get to the addresses and port numbers, so that I can enter the scammers numbers and end process. however once I entered 'netstat ano' and pressed enter I am not getting the numerical lists, I am getting the explanations for the section that I require, it shows -n to open (addresses and port numbers in numerical form) but this is where I am stuck, how do I get past the -n. and have the lists displayed. I have a Western Digital My Password Ultra external drive. It is on, lit, shows in this pc but shows as empty whereas I know it has over 500gb of pics & video on it. I have not deleted anything from it. Help please, big concern as you can imagine.

Hi i have burned some photos onto a dvd-R disc using Ashampoo, then I tried to view them on my dad's DVD player. It starts off as loading, then comes up with the screens as shown below. Wen we try to view the photo's a message come up saying data error. This is frustrating because the photo's show, but won't play. I never had this problem while using Google Picassa. can someone explain clearly what i could be doing wrong please? Many thanks.

Hi all, I have a weak w-fi spot in my conservatory and want to upgrade it so I can (the rest of the family can) use it whilst in that room. I have had a wired Ethernet cable in the room for a few years now that is connected to out TV which gives us Netflix etc, etc. This wireless-N router thingy is supposed to be able to be connected to the Ethernet cable and then connect a new cable from the router to the TV but when I try doing it this way Netflix (and all internet stuff) just won't work. When I connect the Ethernet cable back into the TV it works perfectly. Oh, and the wi-fi doesn't give us any more signal either! Can anyone please help with how I am suppos…

I need to move some installed programs from my boot disk to a secondary disk. I know this is possible and I know EaseUS todo PCTrans can do it. However despite all the advertising that EaseUS todo PCTrans is "free", it most certainly is not free. When I try to do what I need to do, EaseUS todo PCTrans tells me I have reached the limit of the so-called "free" usage and I need to buy a license. So, this brings me to my question... Does anyone know of a properly free alternative to EaseUS todo PCTrans?

I have 2 Corsair ML140 fans in the front of my case! Up until the last couple of weeks I always controlled them via mobo and at low speed. The problem I have now is they only run at next to max speed! I cannot keep them silent!!! Mobo is ASUS z370-p! I’ve unplugged them for now but just wondered if anyone had any ideas that may help me get them running quiet again!?
