I can't find the Defender Offline scan results.

Hello. I started an offline scan using the Windows Defender in offline mode. The scan was successful, but I dint gat notification, and Windows didnt open a .txt file where the results are. Microsoft Defender says it is malware. And it is under C:\Users\Justin\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\AddIns\WmiPrvSE.exe. Does this count? I found the file, but it disappeared after a few moments. Hi everyone I was recently hacked and all my passwords on my pc were taken and I was locked out of pretty much all my accounts . I ran windows defender search and it found a Trojan which was successfully removed. Now my defender shows no threats and all my firewalls are on. Is my pc safe to use ? I have malware on my PC. I tried deleting games and random files. I thought that it was from google chrome because my connection would be lost when in the browser. It would also close the browser then reopen it. I got a fake google tab or something. I then deleted the chrome browser but then a random tab would open and immediately shut while on desktop. I got tricked to go to Microsoft.com/link and putting in some dudes code... I realized I messed up when someone from canada logged into my account. I immediately changed my password enabled 2 step and signed out all devices. What else should I do. Pls help I'm really scared. Suspected malware on my pc so reset it. After doing so, this AccountUnknown(S-1-5-21-xxx-xxx-1000) appeared under permissions for anything that I downloaded (Chrome etc). Seeing this, and with Microsoft live chat advice, I did a fresh reinstallation of windows, and still this unknown account appeared! I know that the general suggestion is that this is a deleted account, and that the SID ending in 1000 means it was the first account created on my device, but the only account created on this fresh installation is my own local account. I am on Windows 11 and Windows Security keeps notifying me on the system tray with the yellow exclamation point that actions are recommended. After clicking the icon, the problem is within the App & browser control saying "Potentially unwanted app found. Your device may perform poorly." However, after clicking the review button, the Protection history shows nothing, only "No recent actions." I noticed a "Potentially unwanted app" on my protection history, and it still had the little yellow exclamation mark, so I checked it. It said: Detected: Program:Win32/Uwamson.A!ml Status: Active. On the actions list it only had "Allow App" (I did not click it.). I then found "PUA:Win32/Adsunwan" and "App:Realistic_Media_Browser_Assistant", both got deleted succesfully.
