Hi all, hope you're all well. I need some assistance with setting up a video conferencing room. Okay so i just finished building PC for my friend and i installed Windows, did the drivers for Rx 580 and installed windows updates, did the XMP in bios. For the context the build is Ryzen 3 3100, Rx 580 XFX GTS Black edition (used but never opened), 16gb ripjaws 3200, TX550m psu, 660p 512gb m.2 ssd and mobo is b450 ds3h and the monitor is hp25x connected via HDMI. So we launched RUST which is pretty heavy game and got onto the server and it was working flawlessly in the game but i tried changing settings and it just like blackscreened and rust crashed but it did when changing settings this is very important. So i was confused im just gonna sum all the next problems…

Hi to all, I got a new cellphone and I forgot to get my login info for Facebook and my other yahoo mail account. Now I cant access either of those on the new phone. Is there a recovery tool I could use to logon to them? I cant even get to them on the desktop , I didn't use the auto fill in feature. I have tried a lot of things but none are working for me. I can get this website

Sorry if this post is in the wrong place, but its such a stupid problem and I don't know where to place it. The problem is I bought a new gel mouse mat but my mouse will not work on it I can scroll but that's it nothing else at all. If I put mouse back on old mat all is fine. can it be the fact that it is a GEL mouse mat, I'm puzzled.

Hello, I am attempting to do a photo book. I have done them in the past with no problem but now with Windows 10 it’s a nightmare. For some reason I have 2 collections of photos on my laptop. One under ‘photos’ & 1 under ‘pictures’. I have no idea why! I have just been editing the photos (in photos) ready to put in the photo book. But when I ‘upload photos’ on the website I’m using it comes up with ‘pictures’ & they haven’t been edited! I am wasting so much time on this & it’s the bain of my life.😩 Can anyone help please? Thankyou.

I have a Zoostorm 7010-0006/E tower PC running Windows 10 which is connected to a Dell 19in E193FP monitor, both quite old but operating perfectly. The monitor only has a VGA input but the PC has VGA and DVI-D outputs. The Dell screen dimensions are 15in by 12in which I assume is a 5:4 ratio. I would like to upgrade the monitor to 24in HD IPS widescreen but I'm confused by the subject of screen ratios. Will a 16:9 ratio give me an unnaturally distorted or "stretched" image? I use the PC mainly for basic web browsing and the occasional Youtube video. Many thanks, NeilH

Long time no speak. I had to buy a new computer (personal reason) Its a dell Inspirion 3881.Desktop. I have always been very careful to make backups. On installing said backups from my external hard drive I find Some of the programs I am used to using on my previous PC have not downloaded to my new PC. Your thoughts please. Sounds like something Russell Crowe should be doing in the arena. But - - - there I was gently browsing my Facebook page and an item seemed interesting about a strange apparition on an ice flow - I clicked on it and instantly up came what appeared to be a Microsoft warning page saying my computer was locked. Only way out of it was to press power button on Windows 10 lap top - wait - then power up again. I'm considering purchasing access to a VPN so I can securely connect to a remote site. I've never used a VPN before and I'm unsure of the details. I have a Windows 10 PC which seems to come with a VPN client installed and all that is necessary seems to be to configure that client to use the purchased VPN service. However I'm not sure if setting this up would mean that all my traffic would use the VPN or only traffic to the remote site. How do I ensure the VPN is used for only traffic to my remote site and other traffic connects to the internet directly?

I use Microsoft Office Outlook for my e-mail .I do not use anything else in Office. So thought i would try a prog called eM client.It has installed ok and i can send and receive e-mails . My problem is trying to import my contacts list from Outlook. I have searched the web and tried various suggestions without success. Can anyone help. I have also tried another Forum without success.

Over the past few weeks while using Zoom for a group meeting I keep getting the message 'Internet connection is unstable'. Result being that the audio is very distorted, also we have an echo at the same time. Vision is effected by the picture of each participant being still and no movement whatsoever. When using the internet and fire stick on our TV we do not seem to have a problem with the connection even whe watching films etc. Any ideas please how this can be rectified.

Hi Had my PC for a few years and had no issues. About 2 months ago i changed from Nvidia GTX 970 to RTX 2070. Not sure if cause as first month was great, but last month my PC has been having 3 kinds of problems. BSOD with Stop Code Errors. stop code kernel security check failure PC just freezing. [Windows 10 Pro both. Machine called BB has v 1909. machine AA has v 2004]. Need help with network. BB has no problems. AA will fail to show itself on the network, although it can see the other machine, the Readyshare drives and the TV. At BB command prompt, doing dir \\aa\temp will give a directory, but AA is not showing in File Explorer or Total Commander. A restart and a reboot failed to fix the matter (just after KB4566782). Then shutdown and start failed to fix it. Switching off and on again all the network discovery/file/printer-sharing/passwording etc settings followed by a shutdown and a start finally got it to boot onto the network. …
