Hi, I'm having the Error 100c problem now but my HP did not come with any disks. Upon receiving the machine we had to make a set of "recovery disks" which to my knowledge are only good for a factory reset. Can you please clarify what "disk that came with vista" you are referring to? I have not found a solution to this problem anywhere. Thank you, Buck
