Hello,first post here.
I would appreciate some help as I really am not the most computer literate of people.
This might not seem a major thing as my PC seems to be running fine but I would like this cleared up if possible.
My Specs:
XP Pro SP2
AMD Sempron 2800
2gb RAM
Ok,when I open up device manager I see 5 yellow triangles in Sound Video and Game Controllers.
They are Audio Codecs,Legacy Audio Drivers,Legacy Video Capture Devices,Media Control Devices and Video Codecs
Now,right clicking them and clicking properties on each brings up this:
'Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39)'
Now I DO NOT have a windows XP disc (this PC was custom built about 8 years ago and to be honest has served me well)
So my guess would be to re-install the drivers but can you do so without an XP disc at hand? I dont want to delete and try a re-install and them find my PC wont work!
As I say at the moment it works fine with no errors but the above seems a cause for concern imo.
I dont know if you tech guys remotely access people's PC to help them out or do you just advise them to what to do?
Anyway if you can help I would appreciate it,thanks.
