I have a Dell 1735 and cannot get any sound. I think I may have clicked a box in error. When I click on the speaker at the bottom right of my lap top I see this.....Independent (R.T.C.) Headphones. I can't remember seeing this before. All I used to do was click on the speaker and it would ask if I wanted to mute. What have I done:(
