Finally done a factory reset on my XGODY tablet but now it wont connect to my wifi tried bloody everything any help would be great please

Hello everyone ive recently had 2 calls from someone claiming to be from Microsoft warning me i have Trojans in my system downloaded unexpectedly while surfing the net.On both occasions they have asked me to sit in front of my laptop while they talk me through how to get rid of them although i have hung up on both times.Would Microsoft call you ask for you by name and do this?

Hiya Ken i will bring the desktop inside later today cheers for that .To answer JBs question yes it is in Device manager the ones with yellow symbols next to them are Gigabit network connection,802.11WLAN, Bluetooth periferal device,SM bus controller and usb controller

Is the word Driver the one on the left JB?

Just tried it on my laptop it went through the searching part game with error which said could not find drivers

I do yeah it says cannot connect to my Brightbox router

All thats on it is LB link 802.11n

Since we moved house i cant find the software

Will this work even though we have a very weak signal?

Hi guys just had a studio erected outside took my desktop out there which has a wifi dongle installed and has worked fine in the past but now i can get wifi in there.I took my laptop out to the same building got connected straight away.Its too far to run a Ethernet cable any help would be great please
