    The Diagnostic tool doesnt do anything and just displays genuine at the top and when I try to locate local users and groups its non existant.

    I cannot download Windows Live Messenger as I am getting an error message stating that I have to be the administrator. I am the administrator. My operating system is Vista 64 bit and the error code is 0x80070005. Please help!
