I have just tried to open an application attached to an email and have got this message: "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Create an association in the Set Associations control panel." Can anyone please tell me where I find this and how I go about it. Not sure why I am suddenly not able to open an attached application, as never had trouble before. Thanks for your help christinekeys

Starbuck - I wonder if you can help me. How do I find out if anyone has replied to a message I sent yesterday regarding printing from pdf as my message doesn't seem to be there now? Thanks Chris

I'm Chris and I live in Norfolk in the UK. Hi to everyone

I find I am unable to print directly from a pdf page unless I export the content and change the format and save it. If I try to print direct then I get a message asking if the printer is ready. The printer is on and I have just printed other documents, so it is working fine. I have just downloaded Adobe Reader X as I thought I may need to update from the previous one, but it makes no difference. How do I get round this problem? It is fine when I can convert to jpeg, but sometimes the content is password protected and wont convert. christinekeys
