Can anyone help ..recommend genuine free " no catch " download to recover accidentally deleted documents? Thank you. I've also deleted some emails by mistake (talktalk) doh! so if they can be recovered too, that would be a bonus.

My browser is not allowing me to go back or forward when I click the arrows. I need to exit before I can go back to a previous website. Do I need to reset IE? If so, how? Thanks.
