yes its crashes with saved files on media players, i'm running norton 360 but no other firewalls are on and have no mallware or antivrus software that i'm aware of and have checked, this sucks

thanks for replying nev, i do have the current widows player and have tryed all the media players i have! and they start to work then crash! can you suggest anything else cheers

hello can someone help, i put a dvd in and the player comes up then its starts to load then crashes this is the same with windows media player and quicktime mostly all media stuff, i have a hp g60 and running windows vista cheers
