Hi, Helping out my neighbour & since they switched to BT broadband my laptop freezes even just on the sign in screen to windows, keys dont work on the keyboard intermitantly and the cursor freezes, even when i try and hold down the power button to turn it off and try and restart the computer it doesn't even turn off. :/ put new ram into the machine, (which is the right type) and completed various virus checks the laptop is fine, im thinking the laptop is pretty much goosed but wondering if any of you guys have an idea. I've never seen this before, i've seen laggy machines but this one is just ridiculous. :/ Any advice?? Thanks
