Just bought a brand new laptop from Staples, this is all a bit new to me, my ex always did things like this, when I was setting it up it asked me to enter in a username, I went to type it in, I must have pressed some keys and then it went on to the next screen and wouldn't let me go back, it is now asking me to enter the username but I don't know what it is!! omg can't believe I have done this was trying to be so careful as I am not technically minded. How do I find it out or reset it :( feel so stupid!! Thank you in advance
