Hi, I was loading kaspersky internet security 2011 and got all the way to the activation code screen and the mouse pointer and keyboard have frozen, after battery and mouse changes and many restarts, I cannot move on from this screen the keyboard will work during startup but stops when the activation screen comes up. Have tried other keyboards mouses (mice?) etc. I turn to you in desperation before the pc gets flying lessons. Bill.
