Hi My son formatted my laptop and put on windows 7 ultimate before jetting off on hol! He did not instal the VGA for the laptop which i managed to do from the clevo website (I have an F&H laptop) Before i could not alter screen res which i can now do . However when i switch on laptop and its all loaded up when i go on the net it freezes and i get the circle thiing going round like it does when windows loading andi have to manually switch off., then restart using start windows normally. It does this frequently and i have no clue how to sort it ...Please can someone help me Sue
