Hi Confusing one, this.... Have been happily using HP D2400 inkjet printer on both family laptops for many years. However when connected to laptop 1 i'm now unable to print because of a door open error message. When connected to laptop 2 it prints fine. This tells me there's nothing wrong with the door sensors, the USB cable or the printer itself but can anyone suggest why the error message appears on one laptop but not the other? and how to get rid of it? Thanks in advance....
