Just to intro myself. Where I am there seems to be a lot of inter-change of viruses and pirate programs,,, so unreliable computers seems to be the norm. Look forward to read all the interesting do's and don't's and advices you all have at your disposal. Thanks in advance, Gentlegiant

The firewall is not appearing on "protection centre" - "online security".No icon. Normally the AV works fine except when I went to Juba and then counldn't surf or even open yahoo. Tried Syst Restore, no change. Now back home; no firewall and still have troubles with notification " cannot connect to server" or "cannot find server". Open to suggestions! thanks
