  1. Right, I've tried getting into all 3 of the Safe modes, but they all loop back to the same error, and the only recovery disk I have is one for Windows 7, and I'm on xp.
  2. I earlier on used WinUtilities to delete duplicate files on my computer to free up space, and it deleted nvgts.sys from system32 >.< I turned my computer off, then a couple of hours later wanted to go back on it and got the following error in BIOS: Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: system32/DRIVERS/nvgts.sys I later learned that this was a Graphics Driver from nVidia, and that it was needed to run the computer. I have been searching for hours now, unable to get access to a recovery/reinstallation disk or make one of my own. I set a recovery point before this happened but don't think I can access this in BIOS. What else can I do now?! Thanks for any help, much appreciated. I am on Windows XP by the way :)
  3. Hi, I currently have Windows XP Professional Service Pack 3, and have been having trouble with my new computer. Currently I've only had it for a few hours and I'm pretty sure I've already got a virus on it. So as I don't have much data on it anyway I thought I'd just reinstall Windows XP on it anyway with the installation disk I got on it. When the computer boots up (with the disk in) I press F11 to access the Boot Menu, then press Boot from CD. The setup then freezes halfway through produces a black screen then comes up with an error ( I can specify the error if I have to) Could anybody help me with this please? :( EDIT: Model Name:HP Compaq Model No.: DX2450 Microtower P/N: GY396A4 Thanks for any help in advance :)
