hi all need some help to cure the following problem please? i am trying to install a downloaded software called Freecall (for internet telephony via PC to phone) but each time I've tried I get the following error message: "Microsoft visual C++ runtime library" and it doesn't install properly anyone have an idea how to cure this problem O/S is Vista
