Please help. When my windows vista boots up I get in the safe mode. If I select normal or last non config it just restarts. then it goes to safe mode again. I have formated the hard drive and reinstalled vista home premuim. If I do the the windows updates it will give me the same problem. Is there something I can do where I can update windows and not worry about having this load issue? I thought I had a bad HDD and have replaced it once.
