Hi again , Im on Windows Vista home basic. The certificate was in Adobe PDF and I have the latest version. All I got was a blank screen. This happened before when I tried to pre-book cinema seats and the seating page would not appear on the PC but could be viewed on the laptop. Regards. Toto.

My son just sorted out his car insurance on line but could not view the certificate to print off - we only got a blank page. However I could view the certificate on my laptop.
