Is the monitor connected properly? If so, try a different/replacement graphics card. If it is a separate graphics card rather than on-board then check it is pushed in properly.

This is the sort of thing you need:
Apple DVI-Video adapter
or
Mini-DVI-video adapter for MacBook.
I'm sure there'll be a standard VGA-video adapter available somewhere.

If your old Router is an ADSL Modem/Router you will be able to - just input the settings provided by Tiscali into the router admin page. If you are not sure post back with the make/model and we'll try to help.
If not, the answer is no. The USB modem will need the software to work, which you cannot install on the wireless router. You'll need to buy one of these. I have this model router and it works flawlessly.
Good luck.

Doesn't look good. I would've made the partition a bit bigger for Windows. You are going to need to get hold of a copy of Partition Magic which can re-size partitions.

Are you using System Restore? If so, restoring back to a date when your emails were all there might work. Other than that you will need to access the most recent backup, if you have one.

CPU Overheating would be my first suspect. If the processor gets too hot the machine will just turn off. Check the fan and heatsink are connected correctly. You will need to open the machine up to find this out, so be careful!

No, you shouldn't do as long as you shut the PC down properly rather than hibernating it before performing the upgrade. Yes, I made that mistake once....
Probably a good idea to make an up-to-date backup of anything essential, just in case.

If you do a thorough virus and adware/spyware scan this should remove any unpleasant ones. Be very careful deleting things within windows, as it may cause serious damage to the OS. You could search the internet for disabling some Windows XP services, but again I advise caution.
