Hi, thanks for that, but it wont boot in safe mode either, or last known good configuration, I was hoping to avoid going back to factory settings, but if thats the last resort will I lose all my photos and video?

Hello there, I have a Lenovo S9e ideapad, recently it won't boot to windows XP and I get this error message STOP:0X0000007E (0X0000005,0X86D7BA86,0XF79A4534,0XF79A4230 what does this mean and how can I fix it?
