thanks Ken,i rang a friend,he said go on web start playing a vid,right click on vid,under settings,uncheck hardwear accelleration,did that,lol,and now so works,thanks for all the help Ken and Nev

yes its all web based windows player works ok on full screen

yes Ken paid £19 99 and have checkd settings there was only one bit that was about full screen so i turned it off [stiil getting nothing but a big white screen]

sorry Nev did not mean any harm, was just the way we Jocks are,DRY,LOL

after loading norton 2012 i can no longer get full screen on web based vids can any one help please
